7 Days Return Policy

We offer a 7-day return policy on eligible products. If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or not working properly, you can request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery.

Conditions for Return

  • Product must be reported within 7 days of receiving it
  • Item must be unused and in original condition (where applicable)
  • Original packaging and accessories should be included
  • Proof of issue (images/videos) may be required

Replacement / Refund

After verification, we will either:

  • Replace the defective product, OR
  • Offer a refund depending on product condition and availability

Important Note

Minor physical damage caused by customer misuse is not covered under this policy. Digital products or codes (if used) are generally non-returnable.
